Night Care Practitioner - Elderly Wellbeing Leader

Westgate Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team. You will provide person-centred care for elderly residents, supporting daily living, medication administration, and accurate record-keeping.

A strong focus on dignity, independence and wellbeing is essential. The role requires 39 hours per week, 8:00pm-8:00am with a paid handover, and 3-4 shifts per week including alternate weekends.
