Night Care Leader: Lead a Compassionate Care Team

The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Night Care Leader in Malmesbury. You will lead a small team of carers during night shifts, ensuring wakeful care, safety and the proper execution of care plans.

You'll maintain accurate records and coordinate tasks to support residents' wellbeing. You'll have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be progressing from Level 2, with experience leading a care team.
