Night Care Assistant: Dignified Elder Care & Wellbeing

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for night shifts at Newfield Lodge. You will support residents' physical, emotional and social needs under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities. You'll contribute to compassionate, person-centred care that respects individuality and dignity.

The role emphasises safeguarding, continuous development, and teamwork within a dementia, nursing and residential care setting. Full right to work in the UK is required.
