Night Care Assistant: Complex Needs (Northwich) Part-Time

Active Care in the Home in Northwich is seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker to join our care team overnight. You will support a single young client with complex health needs in her family home, working 2 x waking nights per week on a part-time basis.

The role offers specialist training, ongoing support from a Care Manager, regular rotas, and holiday pay. It is a meaningful, patient-centered position within a leading clinical and care team.
