Night Care & Support Worker - Residential LD

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join Beckly House in Shelf, Halifax. The role is full-time (42 hours/week) with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota, nights only, to support people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will provide physical & emotional support, learn individuals needs, assist with welfare needs, and help maintain safety and a clean environment as part of a person-centred, meaningful care approach.
