Introduction

• Handling late check-ins and early check-outs

• Operating the telephone switchboard and performing basic administrative tasks

• Checking daily service reports

• Performing general cleaning duties

• Guest care and providing services

• Ensuring peace and order throughout the hotel, including regular patrols of the premises

Your main tasks

• Central staff accommodations in the heart of Zermatt

• Access to the fitness room for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt

• Access to our pool area during staff swimming hours

• Through a sponsorship program, you have access to various courses, for example with the company Ritzy

• Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card

• For employees who cannot or do not wish to work the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we provide support in finding a supplementary position together with our partner hotels

Benefits

• Completed training in Front Office

• Several years of professional experience as a Night Audit in upscale hotels

• Good language skills in German, English, and French; Italian is also desirable
