NHS Patient Services Administrator (SystmOne)

NHS is seeking an Experienced Patient Services Administrator for their Whitwick practice. The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities include liaising with health professionals, scanning and processing documents, and issuing prescriptions. Knowledge of SystemOne and previous experience in a GP practice are essential. Full training will be provided if needed.

The practice has a friendly team and a current patient list of around 4000.
