NHS 24/7 Switchboard & Emergency Communications Operator

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a Switchboard Operator to provide frontline telecommunications to hospitals, staff, patients, visitors, emergency services and the public.

The role supports safe NHS services 24 hours a day, coordinating communication across hospital sites and ensuring rapid access to the right services. Welsh language willingness is welcomed, with training available.
