A leading consultancy-based organisation based in London is currently looking to add a specialist testing capability to their team. We are looking to recruit a Non-Functional Test Lead, you will lead and manage non-functional testing (NFT) initiatives across complex, multi-supplier environments, ensuring system performance, operational readiness, and stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

• Leverage 12+ years of IT experience to drive testing excellence.
• Develop and implement Non-Functional Test (NFT) strategies tailored to enterprise systems.
• Lead Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) to validate system readiness for production.
• Conduct and oversee performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively in multi-supplier environments and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Work closely with IT Operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support readiness.
