NextGen Pastor: Family Centric Youth & Kids Ministry

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is seeking a passionate NextGen Pastor to provide leadership for children's and student ministry from birth through graduation. This role focuses on innovating family ministry, creating a Pro-Family Culture, and developing a strategic discipleship pathway. The ideal candidate must possess strong relational leadership skills, have substantial experience in kids and student ministries, and hold a seminary degree or equivalent experience.
