As a Newly Qualified Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.
• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff and parents to promote pupil achievement.
• Build experience across a variety of welcoming and supportive Cardiff schools.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers due to achieve QTS.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
