We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and rapidly growing Investments firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to support their Private Office Director where you ll provide high level administrative and organisational support.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated personal assistant and administrative support to the Private Office Director, including managing inboxes and diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion. The role will involve arranging travel, dealing with confidential enquiries, and supporting formal meetings through accurate minute taking and tracking follow up actions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems, supporting wider team administration, and assisting with any ad-hoc projects to ensure the smooth running of the Private Office. Occasional travel to the London office will be required, approximately four times per year.
