About the role

Part time HR Manager (Days/Times Negotiable; preferred set routine).

Vivo Group Limited is a family run cleaning company based in Ipswich, dedicated to delivering high quality commercial cleaning services. The position focuses on HR compliance, training, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on HR compliance and ensuring all policies remain current
• Lead on compliance for employees
• Assist on TUPE requirements
• Support training and development initiatives across the business
• Continuously improve HR processes and documentation

Requirements

• Experience with TUPE
• Solid understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practice
• Confidence advising managers and supporting employees at all levels
• Ability to work independently and flexibly

Occasional flexibility may be required for meetings with cleaners transferring to the company.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year, salary pro rata.
