We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Land and New Homes Area Director. As the Area Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our land and new homes division, driving growth and maximizing opportunities in the real estate market. You will be responsible for overseeing land acquisitions, managing development projects, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. With your strong leadership skills and industry expertise, you will inspire and guide a talented team of professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent

• You must have previous experience of successfully running branches within estate agency, or land and new homes experience and have current local market knowledge.
• Target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
• You must have a full driving licence.
• A Full UK driving licence holder
