Job Title: New Home Sales Executive
Location: Durham
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Thursday to Monday

We're looking for an experienced New Home Sales Executive to join our growing team in Durham. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected housebuilder and help customers find their perfect new home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective buyers from first enquiry to completion
• Manage the sales process and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Liaise with site and head office teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in new home sales is essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends (Thursday to Monday schedule)
