TSR Legal are delighted to be working on a newly created position for a highly recommended legal 500 law firm offering a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 4 year's PQE to join the established and busy commercial litigation department in its Swansea office.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy an extremely varied caseload across a range of commercial matters, including, but not limited to, shareholder & partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, land & property claims, building & construction disputes, receivership & liquidation claims, debt recovery and white collar crime.
• This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need at least four years' experience within commercial litigation, but it will be rewarding as there will be lots of support to enable your technical skills to flourish.

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least four years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Capability to work in a busy department with support to develop technical skills.
