Regeneration Developer with contracts exceeding £1bn need a New Business Manager for their London Office.
The role will be to win new JV and Regeneration schemes in partnership.
The successful candidate will need to be experienced in New business management and business development bringing in and winning work for either a regeneration contractor or developer.
