Job Description
New Business Executive

Salary: £26,400 + commission

The Role

As a New Business Executive, you'll proactively engage with existing and previous customers to generate finance and warranty renewal opportunities. You'll play a key role in re engaging customers, identifying their needs and creating high quality leads for our sales team.

This is a target driven, outbound role where your ability to build rapport, spot opportunities and drive engagement will directly impact business performance.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively contacting existing and historic customers to discuss finance opportunities.
  • Handling objections confidently to maximise conversion.
  • Generating high quality, sales ready leads from outbound activity.
  • Qualifying customer needs, interest and eligibility before passing to sales teams.
  • Ensuring all leads are accurately recorded and meet required standards.
  • Managing daily call lists and customer data queues effectively.
  • Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate and detailed notes.
  • Maintaining high levels of outbound engagement and productivity.
  • Ensuring all interactions comply with FCA regulations and GDPR requirements.
What you'll need
  • Strong outbound calling confidence and resilience.
  • Experience working in a lead generation, retention or outbound customer role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A target driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and pipeline effectively.
