Job Description

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy main contractor working on apartment developments all over Dublin. They currently require a Site Manager for an 70-unit build (Houses and duplexes)

Steady pipeline of work in Dublin. The right candidate will be an experienced foreman or manager with Housing and RC Frame experience.

Job Title: Site Manager

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + Package

The Role
  • Overseeing the construction of an apartment development from groundworks to completion
  • Implementation of all health and safety policies.
  • Co ordination and managing of subcontractors while overseeing QC and safety measures on site.
  • Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  • Attend regular site meetings with project team
  • Direct and supervise direct staff and sub Contractors.
  • Plan the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of material
  • Maintain a weekly work diary of progress.
  • Ensuring procedures in place to maintain plant in good work order.
  • Oversee site development to ensure it complies with all current standards.
  • Safely compete project to budget within agreed timelines.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or similar level qualification and minimum 5+ years site management experience.
  • Experience in RC, Groundworks & Apartments (with basement)
  • Strong understanding of the construction Industry in respect to residential Developments
  • Confident in managing and supervising a development project.
  • Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
  • The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self motivated.
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail and finishes.
