Neuro Rehab Care Assistant - Brain Injury Support

Active Care Group's Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Kent is looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join the team. The role is on-site with a rota pattern, supporting adults with brain injury or neurological conditions through rehabilitation and daily living activities.

You will build trusting relationships, assist with rehabilitation, and help with meals and personal care while reporting to the clinical team.
