Job Description
Job overview 
Support the PA/Network Administrator and Network Managers in delivering responsive and efficient network team services across the East Midlands. The role covers all units within the networks, operating part time (25 hours per week).
Main duties- Provide confidential administration support, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and uphold the Trust's confidentiality policies.
- Receive dictation, transcribe tapes, and type correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Organise, attend and take minutes at network meetings; draft agendas, collate papers, coordinate equipment, and follow up on administrative actions.
- Manage diaries and prioritise commitments using initiative and judgment.
- Maintain proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare draft replies to internal and external correspondence as required.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, seminars, courses, travel, and overnight accommodation.
- Order goods and services for the network as needed.
- Receive and greet visitors for appointments with the network team.
- Perform general secretarial and administrative duties to support smooth network operations.
- Undergo training and provide cover during peak periods, holidays, and sickness.
- Comply with Trust Health & Safety, patient safety, and confidentiality policies.
- Flexible working patterns and part time rotas.
- Holiday entitlement of 27 days (up to 33 days after 10 years), pro rated for part time, plus public bank holidays.
