Compensation $130 -$150K based on experience What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a high performing network engineering and administration team
• Oversee enterprise network operations while meeting SLAs and performance standards
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Partner with security teams to support cybersecurity initiatives
• Manage vendors, contracts, and enterprise agreements
• Plan and execute short and long term infrastructure projects

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Deep expertise with enterprise networking (Cisco Nexus, WAN, BGP/OSPF)
• Experience with Aruba, Palo Alto, and network automation tools
• Strong knowledge of cloud and virtual networking (Azure, AWS, VMware NSX)
• Familiarity with OT security models and industrial network environments
• Proven ability to lead teams in complex, global IT environments
