Location: Field-based - covering Manchester, Rochdale, and Stockport
Contract Type: Fixed-term (18 months)
Travel Required: Yes - regular travel across the region
- Stakeholder Connectivity: Build strong relationships across practices, PCNs, neighbourhoods, and system leaders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Execution Excellence: Collaborate with healthcare system project teams to drive high-quality implementation.
- Troubleshooting: Anticipate and resolve project challenges, working with internal and external teams to course correct.
- Operational Reporting: Provide updates to Boehringer Ingelheim project teams and recommend resource adjustments when needed.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects support the Integrated Care System (ICS) strategy and communicate this vision to operational teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong NHS and healthcare system knowledge
- Proven project management and customer engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with compliance processes and ABPI/IPHA codes
- Comfortable interpreting data trends and making informed decisions
- Strategic thinking and performance focus
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge
- Solution-oriented approach
- Personal presence and impact
- Degree-level education
- ABPI (UK) qualified
- IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ideally a clean driving licence
- Improving patient care: through quality improvement partnerships with the NHS.
- Accelerating access: to evidence-based medicines.
- Driving strategic alignment: between Boehringer Ingelheim and healthcare system goals.
- Enhancing operational excellence: across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
