The Role

This position will be reporting to Director level and be responsible for a range of significant customer accounts. Responsibilities will include

1. Regularly meetings with your clients to review current customer network infrastructure, disaster recovery and cyber defences to ensure that meet our minimum standards.

2. Effectively acting as the IT. Director to the client and in that environment you will be responsible for responding to the client's needs while delivering exceptional client service.

3. Reviewing and supporting customer plans for development.

4. Be the voice of the customer providing feedback internally on our performance and how we can better serve our customers.

5. Advise customers on the latest industry and technical trends/developments and potential/emerging cyber threats and mitigation thereto.

You will have access to a strong training programme and you will have the full support of the engineering and management teams

The skills we are looking for

A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or significant experience in network management/cyber security is required.

The position would also suit an IT. engineer qualified (by experience or education) looking to move into sales or a IT. account management role.
