Network Engineer

Network Engineer - DV Cleared - 650/day via Umbrella - 9-month contract - Lincoln - SCC Flex Contract

We're looking for a DV Cleared Network Engineer to provide on-site technical support, system administration, and security operations for a growing content network platform.
The role focuses on maintaining system health, supporting daily operations, and implementing improvements as the platform scales.

Your responsibilities as the Network Engineer:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the network and associated systems.
• Perform sysadmin and IT service management tasks.
• Monitor events, faults, and security across the environment.
• Deploy updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Work with external teams to coordinate updates and improvements.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.

As a successful Network Engineer, you will have:

• DV clearance (Developed Vetting)
• Experience with NetApp (ideally ONTAP administration).
• Experience with Fortinet technologies.
• Strong background in network security, cloud security, and security operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Ability to use service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
