Network Engineer - Dutch speaking

Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Experience: 7-8 years minimum

Languages: Dutch (Fluent in speaking and writing is mandatory)

Technology: CISCO Meraki, CISCO NAC, Fortinet, SDWAN.

• Performing Network configuration changes and Service requests by following strict Customer change management process
• Perform Incident troubleshooting & management by working with OEM providers to fix the issue
• Proactive recommendations & Scripting for network task automation for LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS and DHCP services
• Work with application owners for bandwidth requirements of their applications while new link commission
• Coordinate with local ISP for new internet and WAN links deployments
• Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on Cisco switches, routers, and WLAN devices.
• Provide full support for the resolution of MIM (major incident management) and provide RCAs (root cause analysis) for major failures (Problem Management)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices, including firmware management and network troubleshooting.
