Job Description

Seeking a senior, outcome-driven Network & Change Specialist (Senior Engineer / Technical Lead / Architect level) to operate in a regulated Financial Services environment. This role is hands on, problem solving focused, and requires strong technical depth combined with change and risk control expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver outcomes across enterprise and data centre networking, with security and compliance always in mind.
• Control and execute risk aware technical change, not just administer process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues with a fix the problem mindset.
• Coordinate effectively across upstream and downstream stakeholders in a politically complex environment.
• Operate within formal change, risk, and governance frameworks.

Required Experience

• Strong background in Financial Services and regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of risk, risk assessments, and change control.
• Proven experience with enterprise networking technologies (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN / spine leaf).
• Comfortable working under pressure in high visibility environments.

Methodologies / Frameworks

• Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2, or comparable change / project / service management frameworks.
