Harrington Boyd has partnered with a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing healthcare solutions and ensuring quality medicines reach patients worldwide. To support their continued growth across Europe, they are embarking on the deployment of a NetSuite ERP system to streamline and standardize their operations.
The Role
The client is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Requirements Lead to drive the first phase of this strategic program: requirements gathering. Working closely with senior stakeholders, finance, logistics, and quality teams, you will capture, document, and validate business needs across multiple European markets. Your expertise will lay the foundation for a successful system implementation that supports compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders across multiple European entities.
- Analyse and document business processes, focusing on Order-to-Cash and pharmaceutical logistics (including 3PL integration).
- Ensure requirements align with pharma industry standards, including quality, compliance, stock management, batch control, and lot tracking.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, structured ERP requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to address multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-tax requirements.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP project team.
About You
- Proven experience leading NetSuite ERP or similar ERP system implementations.
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and pharmaceutical logistics/3PL models.
- Demonstrated success in multi-country ERP deployments in Europe, with expertise in multi-currency and multi-tax management.
- Strong knowledge of pharma compliance processes, including stock handling, batch management, and lot traceability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate business complexity into system requirements.
