Neighbourhood Team Leader - Housing & Community Impact

Citizen Housing Group in Coventry is seeking a Neighbourhood Team Leader to guide a patched team of Neighbourhood Officers and deliver a consistent, customer-focused service across our communities.

You will line-manage eight colleagues, oversee tenancy management and estate issues, respond to anti-social behaviour, handle safeguarding matters, and work with partners to maintain safe, sustainable neighbourhoods.
