Neighbourhood Policing Review needed in Stafford
This is a temporary role and the rate is £650 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive review of the neighbourhood policing operating model, applying proven expertise in demand profiling, workforce planning and performance benchmarking to assess current resource allocation and identify opportunities for optimisation.
They will evaluate the balance and effectiveness of officer and PCSO roles, analyse how neighbourhood teams interact with wider demand pressures, and translate complex data and stakeholder insight into clear, evidence based recommendations that strengthen efficiency, resilience and visibility across all local policing areas. Their work will culminate in a robust baseline assessment, comparative benchmarking and a set of practical, deliverable options to support future implementation planning.
