Neighbourhood Housing Officer: Tenancies & Community Safety

STAR Housing is seeking a Housing Officer (Neighbourhood Management) to support residents across Shropshire. You will manage tenancies, inspect estates and resolve issues through negotiation while building strong community relationships.

The role requires a relevant housing qualification or substantial housing experience, plus a full driving license for regular travels across Shropshire. Permanent, 37 hours per week, based in Shrewsbury.
