Neighbourhood Housing Officer - Flexible, Impactful Role

Aster Group is recruiting a Neighbourhood Officer to support communities in Somerset. You will deliver a responsive landlord service, managing tenancy and estate matters while engaging with customers daily to resolve issues and enforce tenancy conditions.

You will conduct neighbourhood inspections, coordinate repairs, and liaise with colleagues to maintain safe, well-maintained estates. DBS checks apply.
