NEET Support Youth Worker and Progression Coach

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Youth and Community Worker to deliver NEET-focused support for 15+ young people, helping them access education, training or employment. You will run projects, signpost to specialist agencies and work to reduce barriers to progression.

You will develop relationships with schools, training providers and other agencies, manage a caseload, and use youth work techniques to engage learners.
