We have partnered with our prestigious financial services client in their search for an nCino Developer on a contract basis.
The Commercial Lending Tribe is seeking a skilled Salesforce/nCino Developer to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our lending platforms. You'll be responsible for the design, configuration, and build of high-quality solutions within the Tribe's Salesforce and nCino environments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Salesforce Lightning and nCino platforms.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs that support lending workflows.
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Configure nCino using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Support integration with external systems (eg, ACBS, Collate) via REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Connect.
- Assist in code deployment and version control using Salesforce DX, Git, or Copado.
- Contribute to unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of solutions.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura).
- Experience with nCino configuration and development (Bank Operating System).
- Familiarity with the deployment and support of managed packages on Salesforce.
- Understanding of financial services or commercial lending processes (preferred).
- Exposure to ACBS or Collate platforms is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and the Salesforce CLI.
- Strong grasp of SOQL/SOSL, governor limits, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- nCino Developer or Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
