Nature-Based Wellbeing Support Facilitator

Green Light Trust invites applications for a Support Facilitator to enable participants to engage in outdoor, nature-based learning and wellbeing activities. The role involves helping individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and develop independence in a supportive environment.

You will work alongside facilitators and programme staff, maintain records, and liaise with partners. The position requires excellent communication, resilience, and the ability to stay calm in varying weather
