This is a hybrid role ofsales management and brand and SFE projects - witha priority focus on sales team• Recruit, train and develop high calibre sales professionals.• Coach and develop sales team• Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding established salestargets and revenue goals.• Create and implement effective sales strategies to expandthe company's customer base, increase market share, anddrive revenue growth.• Ensure effective account plans, customer segmentation andcustomer coverage• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships withkey customers, including healthcare providers, pharmacies,and hospitals.• Compliance - adhering to all relevant regulations, companypolicies, and ethical guidelines• Manage the sales team's budget, allocating resourceseffectively, and ensuring that expenses are within budget.• Fully participate in the product strategy team includingpreparation of brand plans• Develop effective multichannel customer engagementstrategy and supportive materials, in collaboration with widerbrand team.• Take ownership for brand P&Ls with focus on budgeting,return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.Person Specification• Current experience in Oncology, or specialisedcommissioning treatments - in sales leadership or marketingcapacity• Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, withexperience managing a sales team and achieving salestargets.• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build rapport with customers and effectively• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toanalyse sales data, identify trends, and develop effectivesales strategies.• Providing training and support to the sales team on productknowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.• Ability to create new concepts and drive the brand vision.• Financial knowledge and experience in driving a P&L,expansion analysis and sales forecasts.• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, diseasestates, and the pharmaceutical industry.• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences orBusiness Management / Marketing.• ABPI Certification We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.
