Job Description

RedBull UK is currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager - Impulse (South) to be based in the South of the UK.

The National Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Off Premise in the delivery of the RedBull Field Sales strategy. The role involves leading, managing, and coaching the Impulse team to enable RedBull to deliver the Perfect Store across the Symbols & Independent outlet universe.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Working cross-functionally with Field Sales Strategy Manager, National Account teams, and Customer Marketing to deliver and execute the business plan.
  • Leading, managing, and coaching your team to unlock their talents and achieve their best.
  • Managing the working day cycle across all stakeholders and providing commercially focused updates.
  • Educating, training, and developing your team, including formal 10% training and the big job philosophy.
  • Reviewing and measuring team inputs and contributions to overall strategy.
  • Providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews with all RAE's.
  • Ensuring DPM's have set KPIs tracked through Amplify.
  • Managing indirect spend in accordance with the budget.
  • Supporting the delivery of the Impulse plan and managing through the Field Sales P&L.
  • Recruiting and retaining a motivated team to build a talent pool for RedBull channels.
  • Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of Joint Business Plans using the Field Sales Dashboard and managing regional performance to meet business plans.
Requirements
  • Experience leading sales teams with proven KPI delivery.
  • Commercial experience within key accounts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in presenting to large and small audiences.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Sales planning and customer understanding with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop action plans.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Travel requirement: 70-80%
