National Resilience: High-Volume Pump Capability Officer

A leading fire and rescue authority is seeking an experienced High Volume Pump Capability Officer to support national resilience efforts. This role is vital for delivering the National Resilience Functional Plan and requires strong incident command experience. Responsibilities include managing HVP Capability assurance and assisting operational responses to incidents. Ideal candidates must have a recognized Incident Command Course and Health & Safety qualification, along with relevant experience in a Fire and Rescue environment. The position is contracted for up to 21 hours per week for two years, with national travel required.
