National Pre-Construction Design Manager

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting two Pre-Construction Design Managers to join our nationwide teams. You will lead the end-to-end pre-construction process across multiple projects, reviewing design information and coordinating external design teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of construction, bid processes, and the RIBA Plan of Work, with a qualification in interior design/architecture or mechanical/electrical design engineering. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.
