National Oversight & Learning Lead (Scotland)

Work For Scotland invites applications for the Head of the National Oversight Mechanism to shape its vision, operating model and reputation as an independent source of learning and oversight for Scotland's prison system.

Located within HMIPS hosting arrangements, the postholder will recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, work with Ministers, Scottish Government and partners, and drive transparent, evidence-based improvements.
