National Orthopedic Sales Leader

MedScience Group's Hospital Innovations division is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive the orthopaedic sales division toward agreed targets, implement strategy and ensure consistent high service.

You will line-manage the orthopaedic sales team, coach and recruit top performers, provide forecasts, set KPI's, and represent the company at industry events. You will work with senior management on vision and growth, identify new products, and ensure due diligence.
