National Head of Sales & Marketing - Housing Development

Orbit Group is seeking a National Sales & Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing function and drive commercial performance across our development portfolio. You will shape strategy, collaborate with Land, Development, Finance and Marketing, and ensure high-quality customer experience in a growing housing business.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will lead regional teams, optimise pricing, oversee budgets and contribute to Orbit Homes' 2030 ambitions.
