Location: Glasgow, G32 9AT

Salary: £75k - £85k per annum plus car allowance

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Job Overview

As National Head of Finance, you'll play a key leadership role in financial management, reporting and strategic decision making, supporting the Group Chief Executive Officer and advising senior management to drive financial sustainability across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial advice to the Group CEO, senior management and members.
• Oversee financial governance, ensuring compliance with company law and regulatory reporting to Companies House and HMRC.
• Lead and manage a talented Finance Team across England and Scotland, supported by the Deputy Head of Finance.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans to support organisational strategy.
• Drive strategic financial decision making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with demonstrable senior leadership experience in a large national organisation.
• Relevant experience in a senior finance role within the health, social care or not for profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial governance and regulatory compliance.
