National Driver Training Manager Lead Trainer Network

The AA is seeking a Commercial Training Manager to blend hands-on driver training with operational leadership across Drivetech's trainer network. You will recruit, develop and monitor trainers while ensuring high standards of delivery and customer outcomes.

You will partner with internal teams and external bodies to strengthen training products, maintain quality, and drive continuous improvement in commercial driver training across the UK.
