National Depot Operations Systems Lead

James Latham is seeking an Operations Systems Development Manager to support our national depot network and National Distribution Centre. This field-based role focuses on maximizing value from WMS, TMS and Telematics while standardising processes and driving safety and performance improvements.

You will coach depot managers, build capability across locations and develop a super-user network to sustain long-term system use and measurable outcomes.
