- 5+ years' experience in strategic or national account management within foodservice, catering, or the public sector.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-site contracts with strong commercial results.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for innovation.
- (Bonus) Experience in healthcare catering or understanding of pricing and contract frameworks.
