Established almost twenty years ago, Portsmouth-based Bladez Toyz continues to create innovative toys across categories from radio control to creative play with a growing portfolio of licensed brands including Hot Wheels, Barbie, Minecraft, Harry Potter and Batman.
Due to significant growth in sales and particularly the eCommerce channel, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join the Bladez Toyz team as a National Account Manager. At Bladez Toyz, you'll be part of a passionate and creative team working with some of the strongest licences in the industry to bring them to life through innovation and play. This exciting new role will be an integral part of the organisation supporting the Sales Manager and driving forward the business to achieve its ambitious growth targets over the coming years. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Amazon business as well as managing a portfolio of UK key accounts. This role will be reporting into the Sales Manager, and we are looking for someone dynamic and hands on, able to manage a varied workload with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key UK accounts such as The Range, Very, Home Bargains and Hamleys - duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting regularly with buying teams to preview new ranges and building and executing joint business plans to maximise sales
- Range planning, preparing quotes and completing new line forms for all customers as/when required
- Uploading images and product copy to retailer portals and ensure retailers always have the most up to date images, videos etc
- Business reporting of key metrics such as ROS and ROI and the ability to develop reports as requested by the SM and CEO
- Creating bespoke range presentations and arranging product samples for customers
- Business planning alongside the SM to ensure continuous growth over the next 3-5 years within the UK market
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities as agreed with the SM
- Representing the company at trade shows and supporting the SM as required
- Manage the day-to-day Amazon business across Vendor Central (VC) and Seller Central (SC). These duties will include:
- Creating, regularly updating and maintaining product listings, ensuring they meet Amazon's guidelines. Enhancing product visibility and conversion rates by optimizing titles, descriptions, images and keywords
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure images, A+ content, translations for EU4 markets etc are created for all lines and uploaded to VC and SC
- Analysing sell-through data on VC, building robust forecasts for DOM stock and setting up and managing AMS campaigns
- Overseeing Amazon case management and troubleshooting any issues with product listings
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, review programmes, vouchers and strategic plans for key events such as Prime Day as agreed with the SM
- Managing SC (FBA/FBM) stock levels for agreed range and processing the weekly VC orders as/when required
- Setting up and managing a Direct Import programme for EU5 and other countries as required
- Managing P&L for the Amazon business, to be reviewed on a quarterly basis with the SM
- A minimum of three years' experience in a sales role required
- A minimum of one years' experience working on Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central required. Experience of other online platforms such as eBay, Shopify etc would be an advantage
- Experience in a NAM or NAE role with previous experience of discounters, high street and online retailers essential
- Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast-moving toy/licensed categories required
- Experience of managing promotional budgets would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Direct Import business model, sourcing awareness and forecasting experience (DOM and DI/FOB) would be beneficial
- Good numerical and analytical skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a flair for problem solving
