This is a client in a growth phase, already a market leader in their space looking to further dominate and secure additional market share. Very relationship driven as a business, they are looking for someone who shares these values and can form close partnerships with the customer base
Job Description- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the discounter sector.
- Lead on all day to day plans aswell as longer term objectives, JBPs and range reviews
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage challenges with creative thinking / solutions
- Monitor account performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
A successful National Account Manager - Discounters should have:
- Proven experience in account management with discounters, specifically Lidl
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive sales.
- Knowledge of the discounter market and its dynamics.
- Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
