This is a client in a growth phase, already a market leader in their space looking to further dominate and secure additional market share. Very relationship driven as a business, they are looking for someone who shares these values and can form close partnerships with the customer base

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the discounter sector.
  • Lead on all day to day plans aswell as longer term objectives, JBPs and range reviews
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage challenges with creative thinking / solutions
  • Monitor account performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
The Successful Applicant

A successful National Account Manager - Discounters should have:

  • Proven experience in account management with discounters, specifically Lidl
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive sales.
  • Knowledge of the discounter market and its dynamics.
