National Account Manager - Asda

RedBull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager - Asda to be based across the UK.
The purpose of this role is to lead and grow the commercial relationship with Asda and M&S, delivering profitable sales growth. This involves developing tailored joint business plans, managing promotional strategies, and ensuring best-in-class execution across both retail and online channels. The role requires a deep understanding of each retailer's unique operating model, customer base, and strategic priorities to unlock mutual value and drive category performance.
As a key customer-facing representative, the National Account Manager will build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at both Asda and M&S. By leveraging data insights, shopper trends, and category expertise, the role will identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, negotiate effectively, and ensure the brand remains competitive and aligned with evolving consumer needs in a dynamic retail landscape.

ResponsibilitiesAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- Deliver growth targets driven by business plans aligned with customer and RedBull priorities.
- Evaluate account activity and apply learnings.
- Forecast, drive growth, and track development of relevant accounts to inform business decisions.
- Ensure accurate forecasts of volume, profit, and point of sale material.
Proactively manage customer contact to remove obstacles, conduct timely meetings, and develop overall business plans with top contacts.
RedBull Contact StrategyBuild and maintain internal contact strategies across teams such as sales, category, logistics, finance, brand, and consumer & sports.
Category ExpertiseBecome an expert in category, consumer, and customer insights, making positive decisions based on data and working closely with internal category teams.
Leadership & AdvocacyLead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams; act as a brand advocate, reflecting brand values and enhancing brand perception.
Minimum Requirements- At least 3 years of account management & P&L experience.
- Minimum one year managing a direct report with evidence of development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Experience in high-level negotiation.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver joint business plans.
- Self-starter with results and customer focus.
- Proven track record of achievement.
