Job Description
MVV Team Project Administrator

The closing date is 10 March 2026

Temporary 12months maternity leave cover - 25 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for an administrator/project officer to work within the MAPPA, Victims and Veterans (MVV) Team based in Lancashire and South Cumbria 25 hours per week over 3-4 days (Monday - Wednesday/Thursday). This post is to provide 12 months' maternity leave cover for the current administrator/project officer, which is due to commence in December 2025.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will work flexibly including LSCFT bases and home-working. There is designated desk space at the Parlick Centre, within Specialist Services.

The MAPPA, Victims and Veterans (MVV) Team consists of an integrated MDT of psychologically minded practitioners who cover three distinct areas of practice linked through a trauma informed model of practice.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • NVQ / Diploma Level 4 in Customer Care or Business and Admin / ILM level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience in the above.
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development
Knowledge
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development
  • Skilled in the establishment and maintenance of service or project databases.
Experience
  • Experience of conducting project/service development work and/or implementing the findings from evaluation through the production of communications and training materials.
